Refund & Returns Policy

We will take care of each customer, one at a time, each time we hear from him or her. After all everything is about… Emotions and Expressions… We do our best to make sure you never need to use this policy. But still for theory purpose here it is: – If an item you ordered from does not meet your expectations do write to us and we will happily try to assist you.
Return Terms and Conditions:

  1. Please note that we are not accepting any returns for stitched clothing, including Stitched Salwar Suits, Stitched Sarees & Stitched Sarees with custom blouse.
  2. At any point in time, the refunds will not exceed the actual value of the goods.We will issue 60% refund of unstitched product price. (40% will be Order Processing & Payment Gateway & other recurring Charges.)We will not refund the customs duties, shipping cost, and taxes, if applicable. Refund Amount will be deposit in your mirawallet ( Miraamall Wallet) only.
  3. In case of orders with free shipping, shipping cost would be deducted from the refund will not be responsible for return the money which you have paid for shipping to send the parcel back.The customer has to bear the shipping cost while returning the unstitched or stitched products in any case. miraamall will not bear any kind of shipping cost.
  4. Refunds would not be accepted for custom made/stitched clothing, including readymade stitched sarees or sarees stitched with custom blouse.Any complaint with regards to the damage or stains or stitching or any other should be reported to us within 24 hrs of the receipt of the products. We may ask for the digital picture of the same in order to review the same. In case of product return, we will issue the refund once we received the product back at our office. Refund will take time to reflect on customer’s account about 4 to 5 working days. We do not accept any returns after 3 days of receiving the shipment.
  5. While we are committed to maintaining a long-lasting relationship with our customers by providing them 100% satisfaction, we are unable to accept returns or exchange of customized products.
  6. Return requests regarding strains or stitching faults need to be filed within 24 hours of product delivery. In these cases, you will also need to send an image of the product, a digital copy of the invoice of the product.
    We do not cancel the placed order after 24hrs.

  8. Color and Description Discrepancy :
    The apparel description on the website contains details and product specifications which are approximate values, closest to reality. While we strive to be accurate in showcasing colors there still may be minor variations because of the light and settings during photography and also the color settings and properties of various monitors. Other details like weight, work details and size may vary slightly as well. Hence the customer should keep in mind the slight variation when placing the order online. believes that every customer placing an order is absolutely aware of these minor variations that may occur in with respect to the actual color of the outfit received.
  9. Credit Issues:
    All credits to be posted to a customer’s credit card account takes about 3 to 5 business days to be processed. The corresponding bank of the customers may take about 2 business days to actually post these to the customer’s accounts from the date we processed the credits. Customers can check these credits in their next credit card statement.
  10. Embellishment related Issues:
    Apparel consisting of embellishments like beads and sequences usually has the tendency to come off. Even with perfect handling, care and packaging this cannot be completely avoided. During physical transit, some of them may come loose, hence if you see such situations arise when you unpack or wear your attire, do not worry as it is a common issue.
  11. Please note that we are not accepting any returns for stitched products at any circumstance.
     You need to notify us first before returning any product via Email or Via Phone Call. You may do this through the “Contact Us” page on our website before returning any product.

    Returns made without notice SHALL NOT qualify for a refund. You cannot return the Sale items Products.
