Refund and Returns Policy

We assures you the best of quality when it comes to our products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason; you may return the product unused & unstitched, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging within 2 days from the date on which goods are delivered at your doorstep. We shall issue 60% refund of the cost of the product ( 40% shall be charged as Order Processing charges & Other Misc. Charges).

Please note that we are not accepting any returns for stitched products at any circumstance.
 You need to notify us first before returning any product via Email or Via Phone Call. You may do this through the “Contact Us” page on our web site before returning any product.Returns made without notice SHALL NOT qualify for a refund. You cannot return the Sale items Products .

Customer have to bear the SHIPPING COST & CUSTOM DUTIES while returning the products, In any condition we are not liable to paid the returning SHIPPING COST & CUSTOM DUTIES.

We shall not refund the shipping charges paid by you while purchasing the item.

We shall not refund the customs duties or taxes, if applicable, or paid by you at time of receiving the goods.

At any point of time, the refunds will not exceed the 60% value of the total purchases.

We will not be responsible for return the money which you have paid for shipping to send the parcel back.

Returns would not be accepted for custom made / standard stitched clothing, including readymade stitched sarees or sarees stitched with custom blouse.

Refund will take time to reflect in customer’s account about 4 to 5 working days after receiving products at our store.

Any complaint with regards to the damage or stains or stitching or any other issues should be reported to us within 24 hrs on receipt of the products. We may ask for digital picture of the same in order to review the same.

In case of product return, we will issue a refund as per above policy once we received the product back at our store address. 

We firmly believes that all the customers who order online are aware that the colors seen on the monitor will be 10% to 20% different as compared to the color of actual outfit or any item ordered.

Late or missing refunds

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
